To all Maher Terminal customers:
On March 16, 2005 Maher Terminals, Inc. WILL ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
 for charges including demurrage & truck loading/unloading. Please note the following:

Master Card and Visa are the only credit cards accepted.
No Debit Cards accepted.

*Maher Terminals, Inc. reserves the right to suspend credit card payment privileges for
companies with histories of unsubstantiated charge back claims.

*Note: Customers with questions pertaining to charges paid by credit card should
contact our credit department. Our credit department can be reached at 908-665-2100.

  Note: Effective April 4, 2005, CASH PAYMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED
for demurrage & truck loading/unloading or settlement of pre-existing charges on terminal.
The only acceptable forms of payment are the following:

" Company Checks- See Maher Tariff Section II - No. 6, Item F (pg. 9)
" Credit Cards - As Outlined Above
" Certified funds: Certified Check, Cashier Check or Wire Transfer
" Comp Checks
" Money Orders
